Best British Beef
All of our beef comes from traditional British beef breeds and is naturally fed. All of our beef is hand picked by Gerald, Phil or Alastair David on the farm or at the market. The farmers have bred their beef herd to our specific standards. All the beef is hung for a minimum of three weeks, which improves the flavour and tenderness, thus giving a succulent, mouth watering flavour.

Traditional Somerset Pork
All our pork is from gilt pigs (females) which provide a traditional taste. We buy from one farm local to our abattoir, inspected & approved by Assured British Pigs

Finest Lamb
All of our lamb comes from some of the best sheep farmers in the country and is all naturally fed. Our lambs are hand picked from farmers we know and trust. Gerald, Phil and Alastair David use their expertise to find the best meat to fat content and confirmation. This ensures you will enjoy the most succulent lamb by far.
